Jeff Arnold

Following a career in international business, Jeff has spent the last 20 years working to support individuals and organizations to consistently and effectively create results. As an executive coach and business consultant he has worked with clients across a wide range of industries to enable their best thinking and execution.

Jeff works at both a whole organization and at an individual level. Organizationally, he facilitates leaders and their teams in strategy design, planning and execution, using fast, pragmatic methods that consistently get results. Individually, he is a skilled coach working with senior business leaders to develop their personal mastery and their ability to consistently create what matters, both professionally and personally.

Jeff started his professional life in the international food industry, working in a family owned business. He spent 15 years in every aspect of the business in Europe and North America, including 10 years leading the business. He knows what it takes to build and operate a profitable venture and understands the particular challenges of working with family owned businesses.

Some achievements:

  • Facilitated the development and rollout of a new strategy with the president and senior team of a $1billion dollar Canadian manufacturer. Coached the president and members of his team in their communication of the strategy.
  • Conducted the business situation analysis for various projects for a multinational high tech company, including implementation of a round the globe internal tech support system, ERP implementation and a corporate real estate reorganization.
  • Conducted training sessions for senior managers of a major Mexican bank in management effectiveness, facilitation and coaching skills, using simultaneous translation.
  • Facilitated the strategy design and ongoing execution for an international education business that has sustained over 20 % annual growth for the last ten years.
