Jeff started his professional life in the international food industry, working in a family owned company. He spent fifteen years in every aspect of the business in North America and Europe, including ten years as President.

Jeff is an advanced structural consultant and has specialised in the study and application of structural dynamics and the creative process for over twenty years. This approach enables him to quickly and accurately diagnose the underlying causes of organizational behaviour and bring about profound and lasting change for individuals and teams.
